The BRTA supports juniors throughout their journey as tennis players. Our Sunday morning club competition offers more than 20 graded sections so juniors can find the right level of match play. The Associated Junior League (AJL) is the first level of representative tennis. The Wayne Arthur Cup, the Frank Sedgman Cup, the Alicia Molik Cup and the Pat Cash Cup are more selective team formats open to Bayside’s talented juniors.
Club Competitions
The 120 affiliated clubs can enter teams for inter-club competitions that run throughout the year. We have two seasons – Autumn and Spring. BRTA grades teams into sections based on players past performance. Register with your local club to become part of this popular team-based competition.
Representative Teams
The Associations Junior League (AJL), Wayne Arthurs Cup, Alicia Molik Cup and the Pat Cash regional team championship offer opportunities for talented players to play against the best players from other regions. The BRTA also runs coaching programmes for representative players.
